Erlanger Behavioral Health Hospital Names New Chief Operating Officer

Erlanger Behavioral Health Hospital announces the appointment of Matthew Whitley as its new chief operating officer.

Officials said, "Mr. Whitley, a Chattanooga native, brings a strong track record of leadership and a wealth of experience in healthcare administration to his new role at Erlanger Behavioral Health Hospital. He previously worked for the Storypoint Group, where he served as executive director for 23 years, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and strategic vision."

Mr.
Whitley is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on various nonprofit boards. He holds a bachelor of science from Covenant College and a master of business administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

"I am proud to be joining such a dynamic team of behavioral healthcare associates and servant leaders who want to end the stigma associated with mental illness," said Mr. Whitley.
