Mark A. Herndon
Mark A. Herndon, CPG is expanding his branding of Chattanooga Live Music, having retired from Cascade Environmental.
As a certified professional geologist, he has 40-plus years of experience and exploration, mining, geotechnical and environmental drilling. The American Institute of Professional Geologists has recognized Mr. Herndon for his 35 years of service. He will retain his registered/certified standing as a professional geologist in seven states.
Mr. Herndon joined Cascade in 2019 as a client service manager for the Southeast and most recently shaped a newly formed client experience team. He is known and well respected for his dedication to clients, support of Cascade’s operations teams, and drilling expertise. He will continue to mentor college geology students bound for careers in geotechnical, mining, and environmental fields.
Mr. Herndon, a highly regarded professional photographer, plans to focus his time further his branding of Chattanooga Live Music (of more than 15 years) and prepare a documentary book with photography of entertainers who have performed as a part of the Chattanooga Live Music experience over the past 15 years. He will continue to expand support to local musicians, singers, songwriters, festivals and music venues. Chattanooga Live Music's Facebook page has 22,000 followers and a newly established CLM Facebook Official Group page. CLM is also on Instagram and X (Twitter) social media platforms.
