The Midtown Ridge Apartmens at 312 McBrien Road in Chattanooga were sold for $23.87 million. The 193-unit property was built in 1986 and sits on 8.71 acres. Equinox at Knight Holdings LLc, 312 McBrien SPE LLC, KD Midtown LLC, Asimus Holdings LLC, Wall Holdings LLC, Barrow Knight Way SPE LLC and Townsquarejd SPE LLC purchased the property from 312 McBrien Road LLC. Dumping Fees Are Out Of Control

I said dumping fees are out of control, but in fact they are being controlled by Capital Waste Services. Capital Waste owns and, or operates, all the landfills and transfer stations in a 50-mile radius of Chattanooga. They have implemented a two-ton minimum charge at $55 per ton at the transfer station in Soddy Daisy. I am a handy man who builds decks and does light remodeling.
